Covering the rear wall in the Lexus Loft, the ‘Parts Wall’ installation was created entirely from Lexus parts finished in a minimalist white. The work was inspired by Masamichi Katayama of Wonderwall Inc. who was responsible for our acclaimed Lexus INTERSECT spaces in Tokyo and New York City: “I wanted to transform the simple act of relaxing in a loft into a chance to experience all the excitement of the Lexus brand,” Katayama says. The components are arranged to display a fusion of art and engineering that pays tribute to the unique craftsmanship of Lexus vehicles.

There are extensive spa facilities for guests, including individual spa rooms equipped with latest shower and shower-toilet facilities from GROHE. In a separate room, people can de-stress in new multi-function “Real Pro Hot Stone” relax chairs from Panasonic. The integrated massage programmes are similar to the shiatsu-effect treatments the driver and passengers can enjoy when sitting in the new Lexus LS flagship sedan.

While creating their INAHO installation, Hideki Yoshimoto and Yoshinaka Ono from Japan were inspired by rice plants swaying in the wind.
